reports from life insurance companies in the United States of America, reporting up to 40% increase in all cause deaths among their insured populations starting in 2021 and continuing through today. Those populations are people working full time jobs ages 20-65, because most of their business is providing life insurance through employer benefit plans. An increase of 40% is astronomical in the context of the life insurance companies. Before 2021, variation in all-cause death was much lower. I don't have the reports available at this moment, but I saw more than one account of this phenomenon stating that a one-standard-deviation rise or fall would be a once in 200 years event, and the 40% rise is more like 3+ standard deviation event. The point being that this is an unprecedented increase in all-cause death among a population that normally is most protected from medical issues.

My grandmother in Germany was put out in the sun surrounded by trees in the mountain area when she had TB. She told me that they would wrap her with blankets because it was cool fresh crisp air in the bright sun. That's how she was healed rather quickly

TB is *often* better cured with antibiotics than relying on the bodies unfortunately unreliable antibody production. Immunoglobulin & antibody therapy in tandem with mucus thinners(to break up the biofilm) and antibiotics are extremely helpful. But soon we are gonna see widespread multiple antibiotic resistance & that will be shitty , so hopefully phage therapy will be well researched

Laboratories have been working feverishly on this for some time, they haven't come up with a name for this disease yet, that's why it's still called X or XY... they're not done with the experiments yet! But one thing is as certain as the amen in church: it is a bioweapon that does not occur in nature.

Actually, we knew it could happen. It is a recurrent cycle of life. What disease or exactly when it's going to happen can never be predicted. But you can prepare, like this video is explaining, for potential of another. Will it happen in 5 years or 200? We won't know. But we can collectively pool our knowledge about what worked and what didn't during this pandemic.

All hospitals use to have "sun rooms" back in the day....plus many caregivers wrapped patients in blankets and took them outside daily to aid in their recovery.

Interesting... along with the new ways of treating we should not have forgotten some of the old methods like what you describe. personally i gave up eating sugar and i feel dietary habits have a big influence.

I've worked as a gardener since 1980...out in the sunshine and fresh air 9 months out of the year...and always felt better in hot, sunny weather. Only drawback was the Lyme disease infections and reinfections that I got, but otherwise in good health over 70. I never feel as good when the weather is cold and the days are short, but I've always felt better after a long, hot bath in my own clawfoot tub. Even the Lyme symptoms seem to get better with heat. I've never used sunscreen, since I'm of Italian descent and don't burn easily, but I gradually build up my sun tolerance when I start working outdoors in March. Even though I'm retired now, I still have my own large property to take care of, so I'm not slowing down at all. I also have a west-facing back deck and love nothing better than to lie on a cushion on it and soak up the sun. I'll also sit out there in winter, out of the wind, if it's not too cold. It really brightens my mood to be out in the sunshine as much as I can.

I'm in AZ, USA. Pretty much 300+ days of sunshine. Covid was bad in our state. I think we had the most cases in the country. Most wouldn't wear masks though..

@@jend5272We live in Florida and covid was pretty bad here too. I wonder if Arizona is a lot like Florida in that so many people spend most of their days indoors, in air conditioning. Both Florida and Arizona get a lot of sun but it doesn't help people if they don't get out into it. Of course Florida and Arizona have a higher concentration of seniors,also.

Yes, snowbirds. We are outside from Fall through Spring. One interesting thing I read is even being in the sun alot, if you wear sunglasses, something wth Vit d metabolism and the sunlight coming into the eyes. Sunglasses can affect that.

Yes. Personally , the 2nd biggest lesson or problem learned was how little medication is made in the US under US control. That was a real shocker. My dr says that today most generics are made in India or Israel. I knew India made a lot of pharma but the Chinese undercut their cost so India quit manufacture. As we saw with the covid mess you cannot rely on or give China control over anything much less you medical supplies.

I am so leery of governmental medical experts after the pandemic. The more I learn about the mRNA vaccines, their inflammatory effects, excess death rates, etc., the more my distrust in the WHO grows, not to mention the CDC. Lots of people have lost trust in vaccines because of how the pandemic was handled. I predict greater vaccine hesitancy with the next pandemic, even if it is a lot more lethal than COVID-19 was.

Do yourself a favor and read the IPCC reports (AR6) about the "climate crisis". Read working group 1 and 3 sections. You'll be amazed by how they manage to self-serve the leeway to regulate and oppress us, by using modelling for systems they can't possibly understand! Heck, they don't even know basic stuff about climatic systems yet, like what causes the ENSO (El Nino, La Nina) cycles but they are "certain" that one minute variable, CO2 (which is no more than 0.04% of the Earth's atmosphere!) , is the cause for a minuscule amount of warming, in 150 years (without a reliable point of temperature reference as everything before 1880 is essentially dependent on proxies) and coming out the coldest period in 10.000 years! Where's the "crisis" anyone? Look outside your window and tell me what you see. Yet they tax us to death and induce sovereign debt-destroying inflation by increasing all costs for society. This is a Platonic cave we are viewing reality from. Central planners are no longer working for us. It's the other way around!

but, as with all of human history, you can count on the power hungry to use the crisis to grab power at your expense. which is what really scares me. not because they grab power, or their willingness to take away basic human rights to further that. but because if the corrupt realize that a pandemic = power, they are going to do everything they can to spread one. And I am not just talking corrupt politicians or political groups, I am talking neighborhood Karens and corrupt city officials. I also am a RT. Yes, it was insane and we did many things I disagreed with. I was helpless to change anything! I am retiring now too! I don’t see the government improving anything! You would think he of all people should have known these basics shared here and atleast given the info to a vulnerable public. The only virus I remember when I was young was Hong Kong flu. It travelled from London to a remote corner of the Scottish Highlands in days at a time when supply chains were not extensive and modern networks did not exist, when roads were narrow and travel very limited. The ''old ways'' included everything you have suggested, with the odd addition of singing, humming or even gargling, which in later years I took to be a means of persuading a child through the weepy cross stage but now realise has a basis in science in that this both stimulates the vagus nerve and promotes nitric oxide production. To this day, if I fall foul of a virus, including covid [wuhan early 2020] some instinctive demon within me has me on my feet, outside, doing something - which is easy because I have animals to look after and incentive is everything. That invariably makes me feel better, however wobbly my legs, possibly because it requires an adrenalin response to get me ''going''. I resist trying to reduce a temperature for as long as possible, if I do at all, either in myself or if my children were ill and windows were always open, with at least short times outside where possible. I survived Hong Kong, and covid, easily; my children survived equally well. All that is anecdotal nonsense of course. I wanted to warmly thank you for passing on the wisdom of our forebears. We have become accustomed to degree of comfort that is not quite natural for our species and we might do better to remember that we were designed to thrive in different conditions than the ones we contain ourselves in these days..

Hate to be the party pooper but I will do the same thing with this next 'pandemic' as I did for the last pandemic: Eat healthily, take Ivermectin if I get sick, and stay away from people who are sick, as best as I can. Whole food is key but the longest lived populations aren't vegan. Some version of the Mediterranean diet is more favorable, but interestingly, countries like Hong Kong and Japan with higher meat consumption still fall right behind Monaco in life expectancy.

I have 2 suggestions: - Don't do gain of function research under dubious conditions - Don't forget to overhaul the WHO, they probably need it more than most national health care systems. They produced one screw-up after the other, especially in the first half of 2020, and the same person is still in charge there!

Thanks doc for giving us an inside look at this unknown disease and how to protect ourselves. I watched all your videos during C19 and appreciated the information you presented. I also appreciated the fact that you never tried to push anyone to get the jab. You gave us instructions to how to fight the virus and your data was always backed by studies. My favorite video was about vitamin D. I have learned a lot from your videos. I used some of your recommendations when 6 people in my family (including me) got sick with C19 and that was during winter, so no sunlight. I used heat on throats and chests, monitored fevers, made a big pot of chicken soup, nothing cold to drink, doubled up on vitamins (quercetin, zinc) and 3 days later the fevers were completely gone. Some had bad coughs some didn’t but it all resolved within one week with the help of otc cough syrup, ibuprofen, throat lozenges. Thanks for posting. Keep up the good work.

On the topic of social distancing: it seems to me that social distancing is only useful if Pathogen X is transmitted through close contact, and not by means of aerosolized viral particles. Of course, if staying away from other humans is necessary, then the best “distance” is simply not showing up, also known as isolation. I would think the same would apply to masks, which seem to contain respiratory droplets well, but can’t possibly filter microscopic particles suspended in the air, especially without fit-testing.

There was a real interesting case of only specific patrons becoming infected with covid at a restaurant. They analyzed the air circulation pattens in the room and were able to correlate who became infected based on how the aerosols disbursed from the single sick person. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the restaurant, or paper. As for masks, N95 masks filter .3 micron aerosols very well. The problem, completely my opinion, is the stupidity of americans with how they fit them, how they keep adjusting them, how they move them down so it only covers their mouth and chin,...... I have always used N95 masks when working with insulation and sanding. Proper fit is extremely important and don't keep touch it after you have a good fit.

STOP using the term "social distancing"! It's PHYSICAL distancing. This term is more accurate AND sounds better. The term "social distancing" sounds like something coined by a pro-COVID suicide bomber. It implies that communication by phone, text message, and online means are all prohibited. And it made people who were vulnerable ignore the fact that it was airborne and that they were breathing it in anyway. Plus, stopping people getting together outside where it didn't make sense. If one wanted to cause people to be "socially distanced" then this would be the recipe. As if we really need more kids texting and staring at screens.
