irrespective of wether the man may or may not have a mental health issue, the man should have been moved on. although he did eventually, police should be more vigilant and deter potential threats to horse and guard.😮
A hand in the mouth is no real threat to the horse. But your distaste for mental health issues and actually dealing with them, rather than have them just move on elsewhere, is a problem.

Did you know that these horses go to police school where they study with cid to be able to detect 'wrong uns'. They then pass the word over to the next horse to let their guard know.

I,am becoming very concerned about what is going on .Last week we had horses running amok in London ,then we had a series of guards becoming very irate ,and more horses than ever going off on one .Is it time that there was more control over the crowds of people ,shouting and touching ,and getting in the way ?
No, the best thing to do is to sleep a lot. The world is too demanding. When the guards get annoyed, the horses get annoyed. Too many people around them, too many different energies. The crowd alone makes me feel claustrophobic.😤😢😬🤯🤪🤒😵🏠🚪🛏🌛
That fellow gave me a bad feeling. Do NOT put fingers in horses mouths, they can and will bite... BUT that guy looked creepy enough to try giving the horse some harmful substance,& needed to be removed, in my opinion.
They really should stop people touching the horses, it is not fair on the horse or the guard to have to deal with this level of people crowding round, it is not a petting zoo.

After watching so many of these videos I agree with the feeling no contact with these magnificent animals should be tolerated or the abuse the Guards suffer from the pure ignorance of the public... This is why NO ONE should be touching theses horses! Think about how many people touch the horses mouths and how many germs are spread. Horses catch diseases and infections just like humans. This is getting more and more disgusting.

All they need to do is paint white lines around the guards so the tourists are kept well away from them . Look but don’t touch . Police can enforce the rule together with signs that tell tourists to keep behind the marked lines.

That man was off in a few ways! Trooper could have harmed him but is too well disciplined. Police could have arrested him so his hands/pockets could be searched! Less tolerance, more action
Why can’t this be stopped being so near the horse and soldier…. It’s hard work on guard and extremely tiring for them both … get them all back past the bollards you can a least help them cope for the day on duty and keep mucky hands off them 🤔

By the looks of him, he wasn’t wired rite. He could of had some sort of substance on his hands, which could have been life threatening to that horse. He soon moved when he was hollered at !!

The guard in this clip shouldn’t have to put up with rude and ignorant tourists who pull his horse’s reins and generally take the mickey out of him! Go home if you can’t respect British customs or traditions.
