It's not just the UK, it's most western civilizations now days. These video apps have destroyed an entire generations minds. They watch rude fools, then think they can get away with it too. It takes them getting arrested, or worse, before they learn, if they learn at all. My children would never act like this, because I did my job as a Dad.

Horses are gentle and noble beasts. They do not like loud noises, anger etc. They had their share of those in the battlefields for hundreds of years. This bloke has only seen the screen of his smart phone and tiktok videos. They put him away very professionally.
