trust me i understand its a nice room with perks. but why pay so much for a room youll hardly be in?!?!

The room is much bigger than the regular balcony cabins and you get amazing perks. Hot tubs on cruise ships get pretty crowded so it was nice having the hot tub up top during a cold day in the Caribbean. Personally I think concierge is only worth it if your booking a longer cruise with more than just one day at sea.

Thanks for sharing. Did the Concierge Lounge feel cramped or crowdy during your stay? I mean was it like musical chairs where there were not enough chairs for everyone?

Oh no not at all! I typically sail on a Disney cruise once a year (pre-covid) and we would book a Concierge room and it was rarely crowded. It usually is crowded around 8:30 but it dies down around 9 and is peaceful before 8. I ate breakfast in there most of the time with my husband so I have learned how the times work. If you want to book a Disney cruise without kids get later dinning and later show times.

I see you stopped at 1102 got any feedback on that room. We have it on the Fantasy March 16th for 7 nights. Got any in room pictures or comments on the suite?

I stayed in 11002 on the Dream, although the suite is identical on the Fantasy. It's an amazing stateroom, with so much space. The balcony is massive and the cover lip over it can be beneficial when it's rainy and windy. The pull-out drawers under the bed in the master bedroom are so useful. There's even a built-in TV in the mirror in the master bath! It's a short walk and a flight of stairs away from the Concierge Lounge, but it's still my favorite stateroom I've had on a cruise. There's a separate video tour of 11002 on my channel. Have a great time on the Fantasy!

Is concierge on a cruise ship really worth it? Personally I do not think so. Pay a lot more for very little benefit.

I think it depends on your budget. If it fits I find alot of benefits. It isn't for everyone though. I have talked to peoplr that expected alot more.

For some people, the concierge perks are well worth the cost, while for others, concierge perks seem overpriced. Also, note that concierge service is different among different cruise lines, and each line has different suite perks, such as the Haven on Norwegian Cruise Line. Hope this helps.

If you're just looking at just the stateroom, it might seem so, but some people just like to be seperated from the general population and have a special unique experience from the rest of the ship
