@@BattlefrontUpdates Yeah it's so disappointing. Honestly though don't call it SWBF3. I hate adding numbers to sequel games like that cause then new players won't play it. They should just make a game called SWBF & make it live-service for many years to come.

@@shadowtrooper3764 It would basically be Battlefront 3 & I'm just saying that putting numbers on sequels is never a good thing imo. Makes beginners never want to play. They should call it "SWBF Saga" or "SWBF Eras" or something interesting like that.

@@AlwaysVotingMAGA you are very right. kind of like halo infinite. not a number, but it is basically halo 6, which is also life service. sometimes the problem with that is the game comes in half baked and they start adding content later. i agree with your points tho

I’m all for collaborations. It’s just frustrating that they are spending so much money on this when just a fraction could make Battlefront 3 or a multiplayer Star Wars game. Frustrations aside, I’ll be curious to see how this ends up.

I think it's quite bizarre how little the higher ups at Disney listen to the Star Wars gaming community considering how vocal we are on social media about what we actually want. Even though people on social media are just a small part of the consumers for their content, I haven't really met/seen a single person disagreeing on the fact that another Star Wars multiplayer game being made would be a huge deal for the community. If a live service multiplayer game was made right from the start it could be one of the most active games for years to come.

when disney makes whole 1.5 billion fortnite star wars game universe before battlefront 3 💀 But seriously WTF. No matter how much Star Wars they bring into Fortnite it will always be Fortnite. The cartoony look, the emotes, the movement, everything. I feel like we're never going to get a realistic Star Wars feeling multiplayer shooter ever again and there is no logical reason for it it's just that Disney never gave a f**k about anything related to Star Wars. We can't have a game where both The Little Mermaid, Frozen and Star Wars co-exists because they would need to make a platform where it is made possible in some way but that won't be Star Wars anymore. We need a professional focused Star Wars game not an all-you-can-create cartoony bullshit. Also no matter how much people play Fortnite I don't understand why they would put all opportunities in a free to play game, they would literally shoot themselves in the foot. I don't like the new perspective of this collaborate gaming where every franchise gets belittled and simplified. Just give us the old way of passionately making separate games please

i dont think you guys realize what this means if 'Players will be able to create their own experiences' we can create our own Games using disney ip that can very well mean us the creators can create our own Battlefront 3 using the power of UEFN yes that means custom weapons , animations and more.

I am kind of interested in the Star Wars part of this, but only that. Not that I cant enjoy the other parts of Disney, but if I see a bunch of Elsas, Rapunsels and Spider Men running through my Jedi Temple on Coruscant, I dont know how to enjoy that Star Wars experience. Also I hope that this will have actual gameplay and wont just be an RP server with copious ammounts of in-game purchases. A story is probably too much to ask for in a project like this. I dont really know what that project will actually end up being, though. So I will wait until they have something to show.

Blaah.. Blaaah.. Blaaaah.. (Legal Stuff) Also this is only going to be a short open-world adventure type system like with Lego Fortnite and there other two worlds of Guitar Hero and Racing World. However, the starwars skins you have is what you get, you most likely will get one free really boring starwars related skin and then it will be like Disney Infinitys 3.0 starwars experience but in Fortnite engine. However expansive this might become or will be is unknown for now but expect something small.

I wished they did smaller projects like they used to which would get tied to various shows and movies. Because right now we get one Star Wars game in 7 years that takes 100 hours to finish. You just lose interest after like first 20 hours and the rest of your time you're just waiting for another project. I'd like to see smaller projects and games like Jedi Knight 2, Jedi Academy and even the clone wars or SW Republic Commando. All are games which can be finished under 10 hours. Games that take ages to complete like all Assassins Creed titles are overrated.

It’s a confusing one for sure. We already have tons of Disney characters in fortnite, so what’s the actual point of this investment? I do wondor if perhaps it’s going to spin-off fortnite but be like roblox where you can make your own games. That could be good but it’s already been done by roblox. Disney owns a part of Epic Games. Ok. This is better to be just another way for Disney to enter in video game industry. This is better to be just a "Disney x Epic Games" collaboration for a new videogame that also in "some way" it could be connected to Fortnite. This is better not to mean that Disney will influence Fortnite in some relevant way. Disney is one thing, Fortnite is something else. There are some limits. All right? And guys, if Apple buys Disney besides some lawsuit. Well! That would be the ultimate company.

Maybe how Fortnite map has different biomes, maybe the Star Wars portion will feature a map featuring Hoth, Tatooine, Mustafar and other looking parts to make up the map. You'll only have Star Wars skins available for characters, there might be some pure gameplay twists in there, like how you had Lightsabers in Star Wars events in the past. Cantina, Watto's shop, it is interesting tho. Maybe there will be a hub, like a Star Wars land, a virtual theme park to chill out, ''to shop and watch content''. These are things Disney made money from in the physical world, now they want to make the same in the virtual world.
