Disney Restaurant Review: Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort | Walt Disney World 

I can’t wait to check this place out! I’ve always loved the Caribbean Beach Resort vibe.

Watching your lovely evening with clear skies while in the middle of an all day storm lol.

This place is gorgeous; I would love to eat here!! Every time I hear things like "Mojito relish" or "Mojito salsa" (and that dish looks fantastic), I think that someone out there is missing out on a great commercial: "Too bad the Mojitos don't know you like I do, Belloq!!" "Perhaps you could tell them ... if you spoke Mojitos."

I ate here in November and loved it. The rolls, salad, pork, and that fantastic bread pudding were the standouts to me.

Sebastian's is one of our very favorite restaurants on property. We've probably dined there close to 20 times. We ate there with the original menu, which was great, but we also love the current offering which has been pretty much the same since the restaurant re-opened after the pandemic with maybe just a few changes here and there over the last four years. The fish is a recent addition. It was added just last year. My personal favorite is actually the coconut shrimp with chipotle dipping sauce that you can get as an add-on. It'll come out with your salad and rolls and it's delicious! I might also suggest eating your mojo pork with the cilantro rice and beans. A wonderful combo. You can also get crab cakes as an add on. Our service there has always been wonderful and Sebastian's like Olivia's is a great deal on property and usually a reservation can be found, especially during the week.

I absolutely love this place! The vegan options here worth every penny. The flavors are great and blend very well, which makes me so happy. The best thing is that onion jam, it’s so good.

I have not made it there to eat yet. But it is on my bucket list for sure!!

This is a great value for my husband. WAY too much food for me!

What I've heard is that Sebastian's Bistro is good food at a great price. Compared to a lot of other comparable restaurants it's a great deal.

Worst meal ever at Disney for us. None of us like chicken with the bone, so not to waste food, we asked the server to leave it off. He didn’t. We wanted more of the steak & pork because there wasn’t originally enough for 4. He refused until we ate everything on the platter. What? He said we had to eat the chicken, which we didn’t want. So we ended up each taking a piece and making it look like we ate it. Took the server over 30 minutes to bring more food, he basically disappeared from his tables, the people next to us commented on it, too. By the time we got more food, it was cold. Food was just okay, we could have had better at the food court. The dessert was very good, I will agree. I’ll NEVER eat there again and I strongly don’t recommend it. Food was just barely okay and the service was awful. Glad your experience was better!

I've been here once before the pandemic and it was AMAZING! I thankfully had the Taste of the Caribbean anyways so I'm glad I ordered that back then. I will say though, the Caribbean Jerk Oil that came with the rolls I wish came back because that was freaking delicious! Also, it was the BEST Key Lime Pie I ever had as well! It's a shame they ditched the original menu because it all worked so well, but I do look forward to trying out the new refreshed menu, still looks amazing! And yes, I used the Skyliner from Epcot to get there! Totally worth skipping the World Showcase options (to me)!

EDIT: I just got to the part where you mentioned we don’t have to have everything on the skillet and can just do say all chicken and fish. I never thought to ask. Thank you!!!! I love your food reviews! Alas skillet meals will never work for us - we are not traditionally picky but I would just rather order exactly what we want, because we are picky. We don’t eat impossible meat, pork, or beef, so it seems like half of the skillet would just be a waste for us. Le sigh.🤣🤣

I enjoyed the dinner at Sebastians. Its a great value (compared to a dinner like Ohana.) The food is delicious (especially the bread pudding.) Its a great option if you’re resort hopping or staying there. Worth taking the Skyliner over to on your Hollywood Studios or Epcot day.

Still one of my favorite places on property. I think their version of bread pudding is the best dessert on property (I love pineapple and coconut though, so I know it might not be for everyone). Unfortunately, like many of Disney’s all you care to enjoy family style meals, I’ve found the quality can vary from one time to the next. The first time I went after it reopened was the single best meal I’ve had for value on the Disney properties; the times I’ve been back have been great, but not quite the same standard (the rolls, salad, and bread pudding always hit; the meats have been a little inconsistent). Restaurant and setting are beautiful as well and, assuming you can figure out the CBR internal bus ride or don’t mind a little walk, it’s not bad to access from anything attached to the Skyliner.

We have loved this place in the past...on our latest trip in Feb however, it felt like everything that was supposed to be hot was very lukewarm, and cooked with no salt whatsoever. We asked for salt, and it took an extraordinary long time to arrive, and when it did, was in a small cup, instead of a shaker. I ate the salad and one roll, then it seemed like I was so bloated that I could hardly eat the entree. We had to box the dessert for breakfast, and I was so uncomfortably bloated I had to stand for a while so my bf could finish his food. I just couldn't sit. It as weird, it was our first night of our vacation.

I always wanted to try the old menu. The new one is decently priced, but I don't think I would make it a point if I wasn't staying there. I do prefer Skyliner to monorail though, it feels faster and less crowded.

I do want to try Sebastian’s! Hopefully, on my next trip? How far is it from the skyliner? We will be staying at Riviera. Should we just walk? Thanks for this fantastic review, Deni!

Thanks for the video. We have never been but have a reservation in a few weeks! Very excited! Do fountain drink come included with the price? Whispering Canyon doesn’t include drinks and some are shocked with they get the bill. Taking the value and chipping away at it. Thanks again!

Any vegetarin options that you would recommend? I don't drink alcohol so that drink looked super yummy!

While Sebastian's is a great value for Disney, we did not have a good experience there last year. Our server was one of the worst we've ever had at Disney. He just was not good which I hate saying, but it's true. We did not get the fish, as I believe that's been added since we were there. The chicken was chicken, nothing special. The pork was fine, but I was wanting more Caribbean flavors and they just were not there. Our steak was inedible. It was so chewy I ended up having to spit it out (gross, I know but factual). The rice had zero flavor and the curry vegetables tasted weird (and I love all things curry - and make a lot of curry dishes at home). Honestly they only thing we really liked were the salad (if they bottled and sold that dressing I'd buy a case of it) and the bread pudding. We weren't even that wowed by the rolls. We aren't big guava fans so asked for more of the onion jam. It finally arrived about 30 minutes later after asking numerous times. Of course the rolls were stone cold by then. Maybe we just hit it on a bad night, but we won't be back.
