Great tips - we are hoping to bring our Class A to Fort Wilderness and booked Nov 2021 but might have to change it to 2022 if things still crazy as I don’t want to have to wear a mask all day and we are coming from Canada. Can’t wait to try it!

Transportation question: from a full hook up campsite do you/can you walk to the ferry or main bus station? Can you drive your own car to the bus station if we can’t walk there?
Thanks for the comment! Yes, it is possible to get around without a car. At the entrance to each camp "loop" there is a bus stop. You can easily walk there. That bus will take you all around the Fort Wilderness property (including the amenity areas) + also take you to the ferry and bus stations to get all over Disney Property (including theme parks, etc.). Have fun!
Hi thanks for watching! The courts are open throughout the day, just like regular tennis courts. But if they are having any special events or games with groups, then the days / times will vary. When you arrive they will give you a schedule of daily activities. You can also check the schedule that is posted throughout the park too. Hope this helps!
What’s the parking situation? We’re coming in October and will have two vehicles, a pop up camper, and a rather large tent. We are planning to rent a golf cart to get around in the parks. Will there be a place we can park vehicles? Or at least one. I’m thinking space will be tight. I know we would like to have one car at the campsite to keep valuables close and locked up.
Hi - thanks for watching. That's a great question! Most of the sites I've seen are fairly large. If you have a pop up camper and a tent, I'm sure you'll be able to fit at least 1 vehicle and the golf cart. Not sure if 2 vehicles will fit. You can always ask them at the front (or give a call in advance). They do have overflow parking up at the front - so if there isn't room at the site, the second car could be parked up there (which is where the bus transportation is too). Hope this helps! We just left there and have a pop up. All the sites around us were either tents or pop-ups or had both and still plenty of parking for at least 1 vehicle. The front of the park has over flow parking. We rented a golf cart for $60 a day which was well worth it. The place was amazing for activities and we were shocked that they were all included with our campsite reservation
Hi thanks for watching! The rates can vary depending on if you rent off property or on property through Disney and if it's for just 1 day or multiple days. I believe the current rate is anywhere between $60 - 100 per day. But again, rates can change - so it's best to contact them directly if you want to know the current rates. Happy travels!
Thanks for the update. Currently the Disney Parks are not operating as they normally would given the current situation - so there are a lot of things that are different regarding Extra Magic Hours, park hopping, activities, etc. However, I don't anticipate they will stay this way forever. It's true that visiting right now is different than when we filmed this video a year ago. Hopefully some of the perks will return in the future! Happy travels to you!
