The private elevator is a nice touch. But what's with the open kitchen/family room? I get it if a middleclass Mom or Dad wants to have company when preparing a family meal, but what multi-millionaire wants to entertain guests to a back-drop of household staff preparing a meal or doing kitchen clean-up? In a luxury mansion, shouldn't the kitchen be somewhere close to the formal dining room but out of sight of the diners? Does this mansion even have staff quarters? I would definitely want some live-in staff to do the cleaning and cooking if I was vacationing in a large mansion. Just saying.
One of the Golden Oaks videos clearly states that most of the people who buy these houses are CEOs. Believe me, the wife of a CEO is not going to be cleaning this mansion. She will have a set of cleaners and gardeners come by as often as it takes to keep the house and grounds pristine. What I don't get is why there are no servants quarters for a wealthy family that can clearly afford live-in help.
Linda Wright So are you telling me Ceos and Ceo wives don’t like cooking or can’t have a family? You can literally look at videos of the families stories that live in some of the homes.
