Stunning property! The way the architect blended modernity with classical style is impressive. My annoying eye for detail however always finds a flaw and that is the cheap plastic plug sockets and light switches! Surly someone in America makes a stainless steel, copper or nickel version of something you touch everyday?
There is a lot of Walmart hidden in that place I bet. When I use wall papers or where ever sockets or switches are, I cover them to match or buy the fancy ones. I am getting to redo my childhood home, just me and my son mostly and get to do it the way I want. Very exciting project. My jacuzzi tub is the best ever. It looks like clouds or merangue around the edge. I am also putting in a swim pond out back as well. Small country town, it will be worth $350,000. When finished. It is a decent size cabin now, but I am adding rooms and enlarging master bath and kitchen.
Andrew Hollendursky great question. Being Disney property, they spray for bugs quite a bit. So the bugs are minimal. Shoot me an email and I can give you a little more insight on what’s available and what’s included. Ken@PozekGroup.com
I think you have a very good point. I mean I have heard you have to sign a long document saying you will not sue them if creepy crawleys get into your home or pool.
10224 Summer Meadow Way. $6mil ~ Too much white for me, let me know if you see a home that's much darker inside, darker colors & wood staining versus white walls everywhere...
@@kenpozek ~No, just bought one last year, but I haven't seen any homes in the Golden Oak Community that are darker. I am a huge fan of the Viking Motif and non of these houses would meet that criteria without major reno. If you've taken your kids to or been to visit Anna & Elsa in Epcot with all the dark woods, stone, and rosemaling, that's my style, lol!
@@drengrviking3405 first off congrats on the purchase! I agree, not much Viking style motif in GO. Shoot me an email so I have your contact info. If I see something similar I'll keep you updated. Ken@PozekGroup.com
