My favorite local homeless shelter here in Saint Augustine Florida is Saint Francis House and I donate to them every month. If you would like to donate to a wonderful and compassionate organization that truly helps the homeless please click on the following link and donate to Saint Francis House. PLEASE TELL THEM THAT JEFF GRAY SENT YOU! God Bless. secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/6oxi3nTmzb-dW3aseAQibQ
Just found your Channel from the Armed fisherman dispatch and officers were warning each other that Jeff Gray with a camera is in the area and to be careful lol
My guess is Jeff wouldn't jump to claim the title... but Jeff is a true American HERO!! Peacefully delivering. POWERFUL message for folks to witness today and in the future! God Bless Jeff Gray!
Politicians make appeals for funds in all forums. Once elected, they create ordinances to prevent and jail the needy from doing the same thing. How hypocritical. Love what you do, Mr. Gray. Thank you for your service.
The problem is, like police officers dispatchers are not trained on the law. I many cases they are not certified. They cannot decide if a call is bogus or if police are not needed hence why they send police. The other issue is a lot of these police departments have to show up to calls to justify the money the city/county takes from citizens to pay for the police department.
What a Karen that guy is to call tyrants with guns over a man with a sign which they didn't read bc he accused you of being homeless as if that was a crime. Glad to see people who know what you are doing and appreciate it!
@@fs127 Why bother reading? A brown cardboard sign means the person holding it is homeless, begging for money, a criminal AND smells bad! Every judgmental elitist KNOWS that.
People calling 911 for such bs should be held accountable. They should be fined and the person they call on (victim) should be able to take them to civil court.
its hard to know someone's actual intentions when calling the police on Jeff holding a sign. It's my opinion they don't like homeless or the way Jeff looks, but what do I know?
you are letting idealistic thought and wishy thinking outweigh logic and reason. that is a terrible idea what if someone genuinely thinks a serious crime is being is being committed, should they be scared to phone the police in case they are mistaken and end up in trouble?
@seldom_bucket A man holding a sign is not a crime. He's not out there doing anything threatening to make someone call the cops. That caller was just a jerk with no heart, who didn't want Jeff standing there because he thinks he is homeless. I'm sure in that guy's mind he wishes all homeless people were 6 ft under.
@@seldom_bucketjust what if…..It would probably be a good rule of thumb that if you’re calling 911 because you’re bothered, it’s probably not unlawful just annoying to you. Most people are aware of what a real crime looks like.
Watching from the UK 🇬🇧 The ones who call on a fellow human being who may be at their lowest point are the same ones who make sure they are seen every Sunday in their chosen church being good and righteous Christians Oh the Irony!
Jeff was not even pan handling but the idiots who reported it just ASSumed he was and they reported that lie. With that being said, pan handling is legal. And dispatchers should not be asking the callers what THEY would like done. Stupid response from the dispatchers who do that. Train them correctly or fire them. Great job Jeff. TY and God bless you and those who supported you.
Happy Father’s Day my friends. Here is a link to the video related to the intro-outro audio. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7cSPotJs8vU.htmlsi=dc5ymgG296MZz-rn
Imagine improving policing and community compassion by standing on a sidewalk with a piece of cardboard displaying an uplifting message. Thank you, Jeff.
@@loginregional I wish that were true but that’s not the case. You can get in trouble for calling about a fake emergency but as of now it is not a crime to report what you see. Most people cannot see the sign and tell the dispatch they see a man with the sign asking for money. The courts don’t deem that as falsifying a police report hence why no one has been arrested for any of these calls in 7 years of him doing this. It’s a shame but this isn’t considered filing a false report. I think it should be a crime tho I agree with you there.
@@loginregional No, he doesn't. Don't sink to their level by accusing them of crimes they haven't committed (and don't even exist). Makes you no better than them.
I would say it’s also important to hold up those who stop and are unkind, those who call the police and lie about you just to appease their own feelings. Hold them up so that their eyes and hearts may be opened. Thank you Jeff, for all you do to remind us all to stay compassionate in this often hostile world we find ourselves living in
I’m still amazed at the heat Jeff gets from law enforcement and citizens for a message so plain, inoffensive and innocuous as God bless the homeless veterans. I think dispatchers should ask something like “do you believe that there is a crime being committed?” Furthermore, the caller should’ve at least given an accurate description of what Jeff’s sign read.
Only change will happen if 911 callers ( Silver Tahoe Truck Looser) get fined for making false 911 calls and dispatchers need to be removed because of providing false information that can cause serious escalation
Happy Father’s Day, Jeff I got this on Sunday. Thank you for your dedication. Can’t say that for the government for our homeless vets. We love you buddy.❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸😎
There are those that can’t even tell the 911 operator exactly what your sign says, and there are people that just flat out lie to the 911 Dispatcher. Happy Father’s Day Jeff .
Sounds like St John's County needs to go back to the Constitution and re-write their ordinances. The officer knew what was going on. Why doesn't the dispatcher know the law? She could just tell the callers that no laws are being broken.
The callers voice should be recognisable to other locals. I doubt it, but they should be ashamed calling the cops on what they believed was a homeless person, who served in our military, just to create more issues for someone already having a hard time. Shame on them.
Jeff please please sock it to them. Only after loosing large amounts of money will the citizens become interested in doing away with qualified immunity. It is unfortunate but it is still the truth!
So the dispatcher is spreading disinformation saying panhandling is illegal in St. John’s County and could cause a some dork to take matters into their own hands. That is dangerous and needs to be addressed.
@TalkingGIJoe Qualified immunity exist because Americans allow it. Qualified immunity was made up by a bunch of unelected bureaucrats who don't have the authority to make sure law, policies, rules or anything like that. Supreme Court and domestic terrorist in cop uniforms got together and made the shit up.
Rich, entitled, un-American, antifreedom Karens and Darenes make this disabled veteran sick in his soul. Mr. Grey, you are a true patriot. God bless you.
Jeff Gray, what a beautiful persona, what beautiful people, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY. Let’s all keep letting freedom ring, let’s all do our part. GOD BLESS THE USA.
