They should think about birth controls. A family should not have more than two children when they can not feed themselves. There are many families with six, seven, nine children. When a family has too many children, the mother can not work and the family has not enough income to feed their children. Afghanistan and Yemen have poor and hungry children too but they have no foreigner to blame. It is the same problem in Africa and some other regions. Birth controls help, their problem to solve.
