Sounds like some noisy kids on the flight! You should complain to Qantas about the food poisoning...they could review if any other passengers had similar issues (the vomiting passenger would have been noticed and reported by the crew) so they can go back to the Heathrow caterer and minimise the risk of reoccurrence.
