AirStyle88 yeah I agree in this, but the game can be ok even with only ranked and lobby, plus the combat system is great and the game is pretty balanced. Sadly the game is dead now but doing scrims (team training) against other teams is still really fun and it requires really much ability. That’s why I prefer this game at 012

for the people wondering about Shantotto's burst (id do reply but for some reason the new comment system wont let me reply to most >.>") the way hers works is based on ffxi's skillchain/magic burst system. basically she does skillchain: fusion(light/fire) and magic bursts it with a matching spell first (in this case the fire spell flare). then due to ancient magic spells in that game lowering the targets resistance of whichever element the spells element is weak to you just go through what ffxi players called the "elemental wheel" (so flare->flood->burst->quake->tornado->freeze)

Not quite, actually! While based on them, there's actual differences, even in name. -Basch's "Fulminating Darkness" is green-blue. Gabranth's "Fulminating Oblivion" is red-orange. -Basch's "Ruin Impendent" consists of four punches cracking the screen to reveal a vortex that draws in the foe. Gabranth's "Ruin Unflinching" has only three punches that crack the screen, and does not include the vortex.

it was actually never specified as to which side he was made a l'Cie, but it seems to me that he was made a l'Cie well before the creation of cocoon, so that is generally a moot point

Gilgamesh's intrigues me. So he's already beaten Bartz, but what's more important to him is that he did it with the flashiest method and the Strongest Sword, so he doubles over in shock because his victory meant nothing unless it was done the COOLEST way possible. Those are some HUGELY skewed priorities he has.

Yeah personally the video should have been made so that part would play along with Light's EX burst. Cloud simply doesn't deserve to be graced with the awesomeness of blinded by light also known as the best normal battle theme in Final Fantasy period.

Uh . . . they weren't TRYING to. Well, Fang, maybe, but not the others. They were trying to get OUT of it. Though yeah, Raines kinda WAS a hero. Sheesh. At this rate, I'm almost thinking Caius WOULD be the best bet for 13 since I'm running out of viable options. Still think Barthandelus would be the best fit, though, since Lightning was clearly summoned after 13's events and definitely before 13-2's, so it wouldn't work to add Caius.

In the original Dissidia, the EX Bursts that I find frustrating to execute are those with rapid button presses except Terra's. In Dissidia 012, it's definitely Gilgamesh's that's seriously failing on me.

shschesschamp Exdeath's EX is extremely intimidating. It always sends a large chill down my spine. Just being sent to the Void, the realm where there is nothing, only the cold feeling of death. Feral Chaos sends you to the void in the most painful way, however. Gabranth is second in the most painful way... Jecht coming in third.

***** It does end in insult and pure pain. But i think that Exdeath is preferred due to nothing is left of the enemy. You are literally thrown to the dark void of death with no way of getting out.

The Omega I know, I like pretty much all the "evil" 's ex bursts. With X-Death,Garland, Mattew (emperor) and probably Kuja's being my favourite. - I also like how X-Death and Garland keeps insulting the enemy while fighting. (They pretty much say only "imbecil" as insult,but it's still something.)

Its cause you could remove Vaan and Penelo and the game wouldn't change all that much, like how Balthier says I am the leading man. He means it, Vaan and Penelo are unwelcome tagalongs in terms of story. Thats why.

Useless and underpowered? Gee you haven't played dissidia properly she is bloody broken, her air combos are almost stronger than kains and her ground combos stop most characters cold its just she has a problem getting close without a dash

Well, Yuna can equip guns, her DLC outfit is her Gunner outfit, and she was planned to be a Dress-sphere based character before changing to Summoner, so I wouldn't say that it's impossible.
