Whenever a Character is not a featured during a weekly event, their artifact passive materials can be acquired in the World of Illusions. Sephiroth is a "Green Crystal" character so, you have to do the Radiant Artifact Quest that features the Red, Blue and Green Crystals. Just go to the World of Illusions tab on the main world screen. Tap it, then scroll all the way down to the last quest. it is literally called "Radiant Artifacts: Red, Blue, Green". Once inside the quest map, do the Quest called, "Seek the Green Light: 2nd Tier. Your mission rewards will be Eidora and Eidoga artifacts for all the characters that have green cyrstals. There are a few character will green crystals so, if you dont see Sephiroth's artifacts in there on the first try, do give up. His will drop eventually. Also, beating the 2nd Tier mission will eventually unlock the Final tier mission and give you a chance at more of the Eidoga level artifacts which are the one's you want. Hope this helped, Game On!
