The dialogs in Wag The Dog are brilliant. DeNiro and Hoffman created a masterpiece here. You have to watch it a couple of times, cause it s impossible to catch every line one time. Have courage mom ✊🏻

What an absolutely prophetic movie. Obviously this was all going on when the movie was released, but not at the caricature level it is today. Should be required material in school!!

The genre is not comedy, it's horror!

You can recommend that movie to anyone. It's possibly the best movie that was ever produced in Hollywood. If you never watched it, do so. It's a game changer and eye opener.

I still like this movie and believe everything it says. both sides Democrat and Republican does this to avert the attention away from their scandals. Its the career politicians hand book.

Great film. And I don't care what anyone says, Heche was a great character actress. This literally could have been a NOTHING role. On paper, Winnifred basically just spends 90mins chasing Conrad around nervously asking what they are doing, but she really made it great. They cut it off here, but she goes "You turned them around!" It makes the whole segment. This, Wild Side, Donnie Brasco (another role that, on the page, was basically a zero). That chick could act. It's a shame her mental issues and brief relationship with Ellen are what she's most widely known for. She had it. This small independent movie Catfight, her last role, I believe, is currently on Netflix. At least it was a month or so back when I watched it. I highly recommend it. You can see in her face that the years had not been kind to her; it's not just the character. But it was the perfect role for her. It's sad she was so troubled. Very talented woman, but a total wack-a-doo.
