“You’ll finally know you’re right when there’s no one left to fight.” Now _that’s_ some powerful phrasing.

In 2015, Disturbed wrote a song asking how people learned to hate each other, stating that that isn't the way our brains naturally work. 7 years later, they write a song lamenting that people have grown to _enjoy_ hating each other in order to feed their egos. The infection in our society is getting worse, not better. How is it not Dark Messiah time yet?

This has to be one of the greatest written songs of modern times. Hate is epidemic in the world and in America in particular it’s extra bad. It’s unproductive and disgusting and really a mass mental illness. People think they build themselves up by hating but it’s not like that. You always become like that which you hate.

How can you not love this band .. it’s phenomenal

A band that’s been consistently good since they began. Can’t say that about everyone. Looking at you Metallica.

I once drove from Southern Illinois to Mt Pleasant, MI just to see you all and I'd do it again.

Disturbed by the injustice that pervades our societies, Disturbed by the endless distractions to keep us busy and complacent, Disturbed by the poison and chemicals and genetically altered foods that destroy our health and make us docile and weak, Disturbed by the destruction of families and the bonds between men and women, Disturbed by the endless pharmaceuticals pushed on us at every turn, that solve little and cause more, Disturbed by the endless lies and misinformation meant to make us afraid and compliant, Disturbed by the incompetent puppets and clowns in positions of authority, putting on shows to mock us our lack of power, Disturbed by the propagation of division amongst ourselves as we are told the enemy is one another to set us hatefully at each others throats, Disturbed as economies collapse and currencies fail, Disturbed as they strip away freedom and replace it with false "safety," Disturbed as they, the ones who are dubbed "elites" "puppet masters" "rulers" or "the matrix" among several other titles and names, usher in a new era, a "new order" of control, where everyone but the select few own nothing and have nothing and must comply or suffer and die. Hey everybody, got a question for anyone & everyone.. How many out there are like myself and several others I've read comments from, and feel as though DISTURBED has greatly helped them through some very hard times? Well, we all know that Mike, John, Dan and David are all exceptional human beings. If we take personal interest in the band, going beyond loving their music, we know how each member has a conscience, great empathy for their fellow man, and hearts of gold. They don't avoid the troubles in this world, they hit them head on and often write their music about such issues.. They've dug deep, into their own hearts and minds for not only personal healing, but to share - knowing there's a lot of hurting people out there and want us to know we're not alone. On top of it, they then use their top notch talent to churn out incredible notes!🎶. After my trauma, I was not only heart broken, but angry. I mean to the core. DISTURBED helped me through that. I didnt care about anything anymore, including myself i just didnt want to live. It hurt to breathe. But there they were,always in my car's CD player,ready to go, allowing me to scream and cry, pound on the steering wheel if need be - and such great talent of lyric writting that allowed me to hear my own song. They seemed written just for me. I have DISTURBED to thank for me still being here. They've done me a great service and aren't even aware how special they are to me and many others.. how about you?
