I also think the way they went after him looked familiar so that won a lot of those black people over. The Democrat political party exposed how they are the controllers of the same justice system that has been going at us since we won our freedom. The same media who always spins negative narratives about the black community. They really really helped a lot of people see who they really are. Shannon was spot on about Terrell Owens and it's not even a race thing because we've seen other black WRs actually commit multiple crimes and never got the same vitrol as TO that are in the hall of fame

He is paying the money back. He isn't in jail because he hasn't been convicted of anything

Brett has to prove that everything Shannon said wasn't true, and all the information since this fraud scheme was revealed says otherwise. He's just trying to scare people by threatening to sue and hoping it gets clogged up in the courts that he can make Sharpe back off and not say anything else on the matter, but if Shannon were to fight it, he'll more likely win because everything he voiced on undisputed wasn't any different from what everyone else was reporting at the time.

Brett had filed that defamation suit two years ago. Last year or early this year BRETT withdrew the lawsuit against Shannon. So guess what, seems like Brett knew he would lose that suit....
