Hi Rachel! Than you so much for your videos, I'm loving them😍 I was wondering what were your dutties as a school psychologist besides testing? After you've done testing on a student and maybe diagnosed (not sure if a school psychologist can do this) him with a learning disability, do you hold regular sessions with that student to improve his school performance?
So during internship, I also did counseling (individual and group sessions), some data collection, and responding to students in crisis. After we determine a learning disability (I don't diagnose but we can "educationally classify" students), they receive support from a special education teacher.
My office is not in a school, its in a building w/ the special education department! So I typically arrange a testing space with the secretaries from each school.
