...............................The Elvis Movie of 2022 had it WRONG. They were not enemies. Elvis loved Hank Snow's music and even recorded some of it. Hank managed Elvis for a time. BAZ had a skewed version of their relationship, and EXCLUDED country music from Elvis' influences. Every Country song you saw in the movie was stereotypically slow & boring. They couldve played Hank's song Golden Rocket, Rhumba Boogie, etc, which shows the rock & roll side of Country. They also should have shown inlfuences like Les Paul (king of the electric guitar) as well as the Appalachin music (bluegrass) which is known as the fastest genre of music, ie: Lester Flatt & Earl Scruggs "Foggy Mountain Breakdown" but Baz intentionally created more of a contrast between R&B and Country by showing only depressing country music.

It was Gladys Presley who thought the world of Hank Snow.....as to why he was included in all this
