Being a software professional working in an IT Multi-National Company, here is a short experience in the form of a video on how we include diversity in our day-to-day life. hope you will like it.
Diversity & Inclusion at work means respect for and appreciation of differences in ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, education, and religion. But it's more than this. We all bring with us diverse perspectives, work experiences, lifestyles, and cultures.

Honest question: When people identify as different gender, ethnicity or whatever category can be conjured up, is it legitimate? If it's legitimate, then if all employees are white men but they all identify to different genders, race or what have you equally, does that solve the diversity issue?

If you're flying on a plane do want a pilot with the highest qualifications regardless of skin color flying the plane or do you want a pilot that is less qualified that was hired mainly based on skin color or sexual identity?

Very difficult to hear anyone. Music is too loud. it would also be nice if you used clip microphones so that way you aren't relying on the camera to pick up all the audio. It reduces echo and all you need to do is combine the sound clips while editing.

Differences of socio-economic backgrounds, ideas, beliefs, interests … don’t make us different. Race does. Hence why diversity in the work place is based on race and not all that other superficial crap. In other words, even if all the employees and students come from an the same upper middle class background, there is diversity because they look different. Anyone who thinks different is a racist.

Dude I’d rather have diversity of opinion and high quality skills and capability of skills than race. Ideas are extremely important in the business world; I wouldn’t deny anyone because of their race, but I certainly will not make race the deciding factor

KSA or DIE. If you’re a government worker or a veteran that has applied for a government job your qualifications are based upon: KSA = Knowledge, Skills, Ability. DIE = Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (Equity is not the same as Equality) does nothing to prove an individual’s Knowledge, Skills and Ability to do the job. If a company feels compelled to add a DIE hiring manager or change their company logo to rainbow colors to pander to the LGBTQ group or DIE group, it’s perceived as patronizing and thus that company may be suspect or actually guilty of past discriminatory hiring practices. The bottom line…any Federal, State, public or private company that discriminates against a person’s race, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation, economic status, veteran status or disability is in violation of State and Federal employment laws. KSA or DIE. Teach your children well.
