Question lang po. If meron ka na pong REIT sa portfolio mo, can i just purchase another REIT stock without having to do through the procedure I had to go through when I first bought my first REIT stock? As far as I can remember, I had to do extra steps before being able to place an order for REIT stock.

There are risks really but was not expecting it to be this bad particularly yung Preferred shares ng Phoenix. They have not paid dividends since Nov 2022 and up to now no news or anything. Waiting game….the company or the SEC should give clients some news or assurance? Parang walang protection for investors. SEC ano na?

Military savings & loan association are giving between 10-18% dividend yearly although one has to qualify first & there are limit to the amount you could contribute. Meralco savings & loan gave a rate of 11.5% for 2022.
