For some reason I have a feeling Alador might end up with Darius after the Divorce

Alador wasn't innocent. He was a submissive parent to an abusive one. Which isn't a good thing. But at least he's trying to be better. And made an attempt to be better to his children when he realized what he was doing was really hurting them. Oh and he didn't side with a murderous dictator, that too.

i think that when the kids pick the parent they want to stay with, they're gonna make Odalia seem like they're gonna stay with her but then they go with Alador

Honestly, I could totally see after Luz defeats Belos, Amity's mom walks over to be like "Well, this whole thing didn't go as planned, but the important thing is, we can still work on a new business venture as a fami-" but Amity and the rest of the family stand up to her. Maybe Amity "kinda" stands up for her saying "She's a terrible mom, a bad person and-...but she's still family at the end of the day and if I learned anything, people deserve second chances" and if her mom tries to hug her, she would push her away going "we're not okay yet and we're not there yet".

Canonically, the kids could care less.
