Neat! This isn't the 24 volt battery, 19 & 12V out UPS I want to build, but it is definitely a step in the right direction!

Nice! Can I put two in series so you have 12V and 24V? Some POE switches run on 24V some on 12V. The security cam NVR also runs on 24V.

Ordening the PCB by re-uploading the files is not the best way to go. PCBway has a project section where the developer can upload the design for others to easily order. Can you upload your project in the same way? Thanks!

You can download all needed files below, click “show more” in description and download the file attached to the link, in that file you’ll find schematic, part list and zip file. Simply upload this file to pcbway website and they will manufacture blank pcb for you. You could buy parts at JAYCAR or order on AliExpress.

No, lead acid batteries will trickle charge when they reach full charge. Important thing is to set voltage correctly, for 12V batteries it’s 13.8v but I prefer to set 13.6v

Yes, definitely, you’ll just have to change couple of components to make it 24v

Putting lm317 in parallel for higher current is not ideal ,you should have used power pass power transistor with single lm317 for higher current output.
