The original motor arrangement was carefully balanced. After your tear down and rebuild, did you just hope the outside casing, magnets and spring, (which are normally stationary) would be dynamically in balance? At 30,000 RPM any slight imbalance would make my teeth rattle, how about yours - did they vibrate?

That motor runs dry. There is no lubrication, not even a fan to cool it down. The project is nice as an experiment, but it won't last too long in a real application. Anyway, good job!

The gear can be removed by heating it and pulled off with pliers. It's no need to cut the shaft.

That's a common speed for a DC motor of that size. I have one running 43000 RPM, but it's not DIY.

Putting Ca glue in areas that may have contact with the magnetic wire is dangerous. Since with heat the insulating varnish can be destroyed and short. in that area always use epoxy steel.

Hi Aragor I have an Idea I want to try but I don't know anything in Electricity I want to use home power to build a 2Kw motor to run the generator motor and then generator produces over 20kw is that possible

@@Lorabi111 - I don't know what sort of generator you want to make to get an output of 2 kilowatts....and as you wrote ...you want to use you home power to start the engine.....well, I think if you make a power plant - generator- indeed you don't need to use you home power, 'cause could be dangerous, it'll be better if you use batteries y and capacitors to increase the amperage and voltage .... then again, this is just my opinion... However, address your questions to American Tech, he really knows electricity and enjoys play with it .... bye

Lets be real.... if you start with a brushless AC out-runner motor all of this could be avoided. they arent a rare luxury item. he didn't prove its 30,000rpm and i highly doubt it is. i'm just here to watch this guys cringy caveman approach to solving a 3rd world issue.

instead of cutting the shaft if the cog is put on hot then contracts as it cools to lock it on maybe try heating it back up hit s torch or iron and keep the end of the shaft on a heat sink to try to keep it staying much cooler then the cog and try tapping it off.. if glues just use a solvent maybe.. if welded just cut the weld.. seems there has to be another way to remove it then to cut the shaft..

@@Eden_M the Guage of the wire, number of windings, resistance are just a few things that dictate what voltage and current it can handle, what this guy made will not get anywhere near 30k rpm before. It starts burning up.

Shouldn't you turn every pole reverse the other so that the polarity will be change, but your turn the same for the three of them

You can't have three poles alternating, that's physically impossible. First pole north, second pole south, third pole north again they can't be alternating if it's an odd number of poles, the first and last will always be the same polarity. It's the electronics that are sending the power to the motor that changes polarity so wind them all the same direction and the controller will do its thing, this is how all bldc motors work.
