Thank you for the amazing tutorial. Made the unicorn toy as a gift for a friend. I used white socks and pastel rainbow-coloured yarn, it turned out so cute, will be making one for myself too.
Thank you, my daughter is 9 and still has the same plush unicorn from when she was 3. The mane and tail look so worn it looks grimy even after washing, definitely going to try this method!
I just made the legs a bit narrower than you did, did not cut off the sock beyond the seam, and when folded right-side out, they don't need to be stuffed because the excess beyond the seam fills it out enough. My grandkids didn't know the legs were supposed to be stiffer so they were quite happy with the floppy legs.
Thanks for the awesome tutorial! Me and my friends created this character called stephenson and this is going to really help us visualise him on a whole new level. Can't wait to make it ♡
New to your page, I Love this think I will make 2 to give my granddaughters. They are 3 and 4 year olds. Excited to start them. Thank you so much for the idea, also how could I make a mermaid one ? Any ideas ?
From beginning to end, it took me maximum, 2 hours. It's been so long since I made it, that I can't remember exactly. The great thing about making things with socks though, is it cuts out a lot of time!
Hey there! Sorry about that, this video is a little older and we don't have this exact sock in stock any more. You could try this option if you wanted : funsockcity.com/collections/womens-fuzzy-socks/products/womens-tie-dye-plush-slipper-socks
