In this step of the Van build we need to get our B pillar cover made and ensure our custom Screen door mates and seals when closed. Completing this project lets us move forward to the Kitchen galley area and overhead cabinets coming up soon and is one of those projects that requires much for-thought, planning and time for when completed you hope that nobody even notices it and looks like a factory item... Hope you enjoyed the video, please COMMENT/LIKE below, and definitely hit that subscribe button to follow along as we convert this Mercedes Sprinter van that we call ROAMR, into a 4X4 Four Season Van in which we plan to travel the continent with.. You will see all the ups and downs to a full build as I share mistakes, wins and everything in between.Thank you for watching and we will see you on the next video.

Im in the trades and we have a saying "cheap labor is not skilled, and skilled labor is not cheap". Looks great. And yes it took some time but do it right from the start or pull it out later and redo it.

Very well done Jeff! The custom pillar is a lot of work. It's also an opportunity to install custom light switches in the MDF so as you get into the van, you can operate the lights inside. Wiring can be hidden inside the pillar.

Excellent Jeff! Just found your channel. By far, the BEST channel on a van build that I have watched in 18 months of research buddy! And to think you are a hoser, eh? I am near the beginning of my build and you have already provided me with a treasure trove of tips and tricks! BTW, also a hoser, eh!
