I would love your take on golden ratio / Bucky Fuller dome built studios. Especially working in Northwestern Pine for the blank canvas room if you will.
Hey Dennis, assuming that the plans are obviously NOT blue prints, do they come with math formulas to calculate the required dimensions, density etcetc so that we can layout and build the most effective/suitable BDAs to our needs? Thanks!
Hi Dennis i'm just about to build your BDAs, but it the instructions call for Alder, Basswood and MDF and doesn't specify which wood is for which panel. The cut sheet lists the two front panels as "MDF" so i assumed your cabinet must be the alder or basswood? But in this video here you're saying the cabinet the MDF... Please clarify.
Hi! If I build the BDA-s the standard height 57", is it wise to raise them up from the floor a little to get more absorption above ear level, or not. Thank You.
Hi, I bought the Bass absorber plans and there is 15 mm mdf used as one of the front walls. I didn't find 15 mm mdf in my area, can I use 16 mm instead? Or 12 mm - that is closer to the imperial variant 1/2 inch.
