Good job, seriously! But those rims... i have the same ones and i kinda like them more and more every day, and maybe painted black they will fit this car very well. What do you think? Im thinking about doing that with my Polo 6C (facelift, silver) or buying another set, but I dont know what yet. And i have yet to start on the blackening of the logos and other stuff, so this was very helpful!
Thank you I appreciate the comment.I like the rims too they don't look to bad stock. We actually just finished filming us painting them black. They look good 😍. Definitely worth all the sanding and long prep process. We will be rocking them for a few months until they start chipping before we purchase a set of afterwarket rims. Video should be uploaded Friday afternoon if I get the editing done in time. Still a learning kerb with editing and getting the sound right. But aiming for better quality videos every mod😍. Thank you again for all the support appreciate it.
Really ? I'm have always wondered if people like the chrome on their cars. And it turns out they do. I'm not the biggest fan of chrome. It will maybe grow on me one day. On a luxury vehicle maybe.
Hi there andreas, I didn't use a primer because at the time I didn't thing I needed it. If I can re do it I would go back in time and paint primer as the paint is chipping. Same with my wheels
I'm not entirely sure, I've seen them online too the "rear wiper delete" mod. I'm not the biggest fan of it as I use the rear wipper quite alot here in Wester Australi when it rains. So not a mod that I will be doing but It does look alot sleeker.
Hahaha yes I know what you mean it is very tight, I had to twist mine with both hands to remove it the first time it feel like you are going to brake it then it pops off 😅
Hi there , you can buy all these products from your local hardware store. I aimed to do this video as a DIY so that the resources required to complete this by yourself can be found locally.
🤣 I know what you mean man, first time I removed mine I thought I was going to break it. It takes alot of force man. I had to turn it as hard as I could and then right before I thought I was going to break it it poped out
