Lol I remember when activated charcoal in everything was a trend. Makes awesome goth foods! However, if you’re on any kind of medication, its best to avoid eating activated charcoal as it absorbs stuff, including many types of medication, and can make them not work as well. If I recall, this is why it is also used to help in cases of poisoning. I might be foggy on that fact though.
