It looks like you just put a skirt over the dress.

That actually probably would have been a better idea because then you could take the skirt off for the reception.

RubyOpheliaQuinn Yes I agree with you! I think the problem was that the waist line was a few inches too high plus I had this vision for the design and just ran with it, ha! The prom dress I designed after is a convertible and I loved creating that one! Thank you for your comment and suggestion!!
