This is a fun homemade cement idea! This DIY Playcentre craft project is creative and easy. I've chosen to use a dinosaur theme with a volcano as it's educational for my children. They can apply a hands-on sensory approach to learning.
The configurations for this project are unlimited and you can also add to it any time you please, with anything you can imagine. Just add cement and paint!
This project is waterproof and can permanently be left outside.
There are various ways to reinforce this project, depending on its use, however, I've found that this type of play centre doesn't see much rough play, and it is very easy to repair if need be. I have used a similar one for a birthday party in which I reinforced the edging with a roll of cheap nylon netting,
You could also use this in a fairy garden.
