Tip: instead of pvc, which has gotten bloody expensive now in 2022, you can use another alternative way cheaper: plastic cutting boards. Most of them are made of hdpe, another highly durable plastic like pvc but less costly to make, you can easily find them in the kitchen section of dept stores in many sizes, colors and thickness. You don't necessarily have to buy a very thick one, a half inch board or even less can be used for making feather boards and they will still be strong and durable. And after you cut them don't throw away the leftovers, they are also excellent for making runners for sleds for the table saw and also you can use them to make knobs like the ones in the video. Thanks for the video!
OK. thanks for showing what happens when we get lazy. I winced seeing you drill over saw table too. I wanna reprimand you on holding little pieces with hands but I have done the same thing.
I've done all sorts of foolish things with power tools. I've learned my lesson with this type of situation though. Even if I cut the blocks first, I would either use a vice or simply toss them and drill each hole before I cut the block off.
