Thank you for your comment. They have worked well so far, I haven’t needed to take them off, but I am so please you let me know this. I will make sure when I do take them off to work from the back of the shoe to avoid taking the paint off the arch of the heel. It is only intended at a temporary measure, eventually when I take these off I will send them off to be resoled, will let you know how it goes. Thanks again for your comment xx

The idea was it was something you could do at home rather than sending off to a cobblers as I filmed it whilst stuck in lockdown when cobblers were not open. X

I haven’t experienced any issues, however I haven’t walked around in a complete downpour in them. I have walked on mildly wet pavements and gravel with them and it has been fine. Hope this helps x

Yes, I have actually filmed an update video that I will be uploading on Sunday. But they have worked really well!!! Just a bit of scuffing at the toes but that is down to the way I walk 😂 x

Noooo that’s the only thing you don’t get with these is the grip. I think the only way you will get grip is taking to cobblers and getting the rubber soles!! Are you from UK? If so I would email Minuit Moins and get some advice from them!!! They are very swift in their response time and will help to put you at ease!! Hope this helps xxx

I did yes thank you so much, though they didn’t recommend doing it on brand new shoes 🙈the prices are online but they said to send them in and they’ll let me know a price and time frame! It made me abit wary as I don’t want them to whack the price up as it’s new and then by that point I’ve sent them so would have to pay whatever they say if that makes sense?! Plus the postage part makes me nervous incase they go missing 🙈 now have no idea what to do as I don’t want to slip walking up the aisle it would be just my luck 😅I’ll take them to a cobbler when they open up and may end up just sending them into London tbh! xx

I haven’t removed it yet, but I applied these with the possibly that it would remove the paint and I would then send to the cobblers. Once my shoes are at a stage where I need to remove them I will do another video where I remove them and we will see. X

Hey, I haven’t noticed them be slippery (which I was worried about) but I haven’t been on particularly slippery surfaces with them but now the world has opened up I have worn them a lot which may be why they aren’t slippery as I have done a lot of walking on pavements etc, but the red bottoms are still there ❤️ will do an update video soon x

Hi, thanks for your question. I haven’t found it to make my shoes any more grippy and I haven’t found them to be particularly slippy, but I haven’t really worn them on ‘slippy’ type of flooring. X
