For extreme hair growth I use 3 tspoons honey, 5 grams of cinnamon, 5 grams of mustard powder and 15 grams of melted coconut oil. Apply to roots and leave on maximum 3 hours (not an overnight treatment) your hair will grow like CRAAAAZY

YESSS! My hair has not grown past medium length in so long. It’s kind of weird. Any time I’d start putting on some real length I’d have to go get it cut because it was to damaged. This video helped a lot!

I actually do that kinda. What i do is put coconut oil with lavender oil, and rosemary in a spray bottle and i'll tell you what, it smells amazing! haha, anyway i also have very curly hair yet its messy and its very difficult to style from the frizziness so i have the exact same hairstyle every day. Although i can confirm it works :)
What I have learned about DIY oil treatments on hair, which I do a couple, using apple cider vinegar to rinse after washing th oil out, helps remove an left behind as well as ph balance your scalp to help further it's health as well. I had to cut my hair in February and am trying to get it back to it's length quickly and your masks look great to help that.
I kinda have short hair, it goes a little past my shoulders. My hair is WAY to thick though!! Also I have been using a coconut oil mask twice a month I’ll update when I see results 😁❤️ Edit: yalll..... wth. I usually grow like one or two inches a year! I just grew an inch in a month! Omg! Ly! 😁✨💕
I have the hardest time growing out my hair. It doesn't want to go past that lenght, right about my chest. I've tried hair supplement, I've stopped bleaching, it's driving me craving. Thanks for all your tips can't wait to try them all !
I use the EXACT same coconut oil. I love costco. I used to use one from Big Lots. They have one gallon containers for $12. But I go to Costco a lot more.

Yes my hair would not grow coz I thought I was supposed to wash every day all my life...so now I pretty much only use shampoo once a month and just rinse with vinegar, rice or potatoes water spiked with cloves,star anise ,cinnamon and plues i deep oil often too...and it's growing

It’s really up to you! Your hair will be very oily and might not look super clean for that whole week though. I like to keep it in overnight and I find that it does the job pretty well.
❗Before you use it❗ Coconut oil isn't always good. There is such a thing as hair porosity. Coconut oil works best for people with low porosity, and sometimes also for medium ones. If you have high porosity (often with curly hair or damaged by straighteners etc. or with bleaching) then coconut oil is not suitable for them. I suggest using various seed oils and other polyunsaturated oils. 💞

Helpful tips to use when using honey for Anything-if you use Any cooking spray into you measuring cup or spoon,it will just glide all out! It beats it taking soo long just to get it to drip as much as possible that is also always slower than a 3-toed-sloth in a hurry!! (To those of whom will want to ask the stupid question, here's my stupid answer for those whom are wondering"is using cooking spray safe?... And yet you seem to find it IS safe enough to cook with AND eat?? Hmmm🤔.....Ya now ask yourselves that question again you dork and do this lil DIY!! I would do this but I’m prone to acne so I don’t think I can do it. I’ve done coconut oil with peppermint for almost a week and breakouts happen. I have bleached medium bob hair and I really want to grow out my hair
TIP: coat your hair with a conditioner it doesn't matter how expensive then get in the shower and shampoo it out you'll only have to shampoo once and then conditioner as normal
@@camila-fp2kn no so after the coconut oil has sat for as long as you want, coat your hair in condition before you get in the shower massage it in, get in the shower and shampoo and condition as normal and it should wash all the way out with one wash.
Good questioning! It depends on the hair type.. if your hair is naturally curly or frizzy just rinsing and conditioning after would be best. If your hair is naturally straight and gets oily I'd say it'd probably be a good idea to use some shampoo and condition after. I hope this helps.

Chemist here 🖐 either you have your coconut oil next to a hot surface, heat from sunlight is hitting it, your house is super warm (+77F) or you do not have pure coconut oil. Check if there are additives in the ingredients
