Some things that actually helped to control my hairfall include: (1) I quit wearing ponytails because it leds to tension damage. (2) I started massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
I love coconut oil, I have coarse 3b hair. my sister w medium straight hair loves it too. my mom with fine slighty wavy ish hair loves it too. it works guys: I used to use it for 5+ years and my hair was wonderful! I stopped using it for 2 years, and my hair became dull and dry. I started using it again a couple months ago, and it works so well! notes: u can mix it with castor oil or other oils too! process: I apply it to roots(I have oily hair at the roots, but u need to apply It from roots-ends) and the ends. I leave it in overnight, or multiple days. u can apply a warm wet towel. or warm the oil before using. when washing the hair, I use clarifying shampoo on the roots and then super duper gentle shampoo on the ends to get the oil out. then the condition/deep condition rly well. then style. u can do the once a week. or once a month. etc
@@somethingspecial1415 i think it does. i heard rosemary can also help with hair growth. but i do reocmment coconut oil, just dont apply too much, and warm before applying. most improtantly, properly wash it out, or else your hair will be greasy. applyit the night before u shower so u dont have to go out w it in.

I only use it as a quick 10 minute mask before shampooing because Dr. Dray recommended doing so to reduce the amount of water absorbed into your hair which causes damage to the hair shaft.

In south india mainly we use coconut oil for hair, we leave it 2 or 3 days and then wash it with soap nuts, I those 3 days in a week we braid our hair , people around me find it gross, but it's good for my hair and I don't care what people think .
@@KMeghanaSree I wash my hair with soapnuts after seeing it on YT. It's great but my only concern is having to prepare the shampoo before every wash. Do you guys do the same?
I started to apply oil before wash my hair after watching your videos even do layering method often and surprised it’s never make my hair down 😮 and my ends looks good 😮 you repaired my hair 😮I’m going to buy all your products u use in your videos 😮❤thank you 😮❤
Alright girls, I’m going to try this. I have organic cooking coconut oil at home and I just applied a small spoon, it’s cause I have a lot of hair maybe you will need less. I thought it was a lot but I distributed a bit, rub a bit more in between my hands and applied more and so on, 1 small spoon works good for me. I finished at 4:36 pm, I’m going to leave it on maybe for an hour before I start to wash my hair. I’ll come back in a few hours to let it dry 75% and wrap my hair around for like 3 hours to make it straight without using a flat iron and I’ll let you know if the oil did its thing on me ❤️ 5:41 pm : alright Im gonna go wash my hair now 😁 not dure if this is relevant to anybody but I’ll be using both the Native Coconut shampoo and conditioner, it’s the brown bottle 6:21 I’m done showering and detangling my hair. What I noticed was that my hair was very easily to brush and barely any knots, feels smooth at the ends. By the way I forgot to mention, I applied the coconut oil from a little bit lower than the middle towards my ends. I also applied a leave in treatment. Now I’ll wait for it to dry a bit and wrap it around. I’ll come back when everything it’s done ! Update : GET YOUR MF HANDSSS ON COCONUT OIL NOW
My hair is mixed, I have high and low porosity hair, twins. Some parts absorb and the cuticle is always up, and that hair spot has a lot of hair loss and damage. But at other parts my hair is healthy, the cuticle is closed and it is not easy to absorb moisture. I think it’s a good mix.
Hi Audrey.. you look stunning as always. I use coconut oil on my scalp for about 2 hrs and then wash it off. I do this once in a month. Is it fine to use it on scalp??
I've never tried coconut oil but I'm thinking of doing so. I'm interested in trying it as a leave in conditioner as I've heard it can be used I this way too.

Am I the only one who's hair doesn't like oils or is there a certain hair type that just doesn't go well with oils? Should I try searching for the right oil or just accept that it's not for my hair?
I got coconut oil the other day and it made my hair SO STICKY! I don’t think I would want to try it again as it took 3 days of washing my hair to get it off

I've mixed feelings about coconut oil, it has made my hair more frizzy, weird but I didn't like it. Do you find revlon hair dryer/ styler ok for your hair? It damages mine , I stopped using it 😍

@@samsam3845 yeah, personally I think silicones aren't great because they create an artificial layer that costs your hair and makes it look shiny and smooth, but it really isn't. Some people love it and everyone has mixed reviews so I guess if you're ok with silicones, it's fine
@@samsam3845 wait i thought that range was silicone free?? Ik ultra blends has silicone but the hair food like doesn't?? Or maybe it's like that where i live

Coconut oil is a big "NO" for me . It makes my hair straw like and I hate it although I have high porosity hair I still don't know why it doesn't suit my hair
