Hi, please, could you answer me these two questions: What is the black braided tube called? Can it be any lightning connector or does it need to be a specific lightning connector?
It can be found as Nautical Expansive Mesh. The lightning connector has to be the connector from some old wired earpods or some apple Dac. Doesn't work with a charging cable.
My problem with these adaptors is that the wires always tear INSIDE the shielding. Don't know how to solve this problem... Maybe use kevlar paracord or something? Usually it breaks when my phone falls out of my pocket and hangs on headphones cable or when door knob catches it 😆
