In the Uk you'd probably need some sort of licence to drive it, plus if it goes faster than 15mph, plus all the other things that cars require, lights,brake lights, turn lights, horn, MOT certificate , insurance! unfortunately in the UK you can't do your own thing anymore, far too many government restrictions! But well done nice job!

Cool, but "ball joints in addition to a suspension system would make it ride better and not wear out the spindle joints, the way just regular bolts will under the stress of the vehicle weight.

this is called Electric Bone Shaker. Build will last until bones last ..! Just pun. I cant do any of these things ... but an avid follower of all these DIY vehicles. That said, choice of aluminium is good, but final product is very crude. Even as a DIY vehicle no one would like taking it on road.
This would be perfect as a Snap on Snap off Drone attachments. OK, so 99 % of cars have 1 person in them.... My concept of the perfect flying car is a "snap on snap off" 1 person 4 wheel lite weight electric golf cart with separate top fitting snap on drone. When you get close to where you fly into you can un snap the cart and drive to where you want to go. You own the cart but the drone is rented. Keep the cost low and let the drone attachment recharge. You will not get the same drone back each time as they are charging up. Lots of city Drone Ports and one at your house. 99% of people could afford this....! Keep it simple...... use what we have.... I love your cart and it is a total disrupter to old fashion expensive cars, clogged up highways and you save environment at same time...??? Henry Ford would be blown away with your 4 wheeler....! Call a drone company and get er snapped on ASAP... I want one!
