You don't need a bait take for kayak. You need a two gallons buckets with a lid and drill tons of holes and submerse in the water for your live baits. Thanks for watching. Good luck fishing.

12" mackerels or jacksmelt. I can have 20 mackerels or 1 scoop/300 anchovies in the bait tank. I use 850 gph pump for my boat. I recommend the pump at least 750 to 1000 gph. In order for your baits to be strong, you need to have a thru hall scoop so your pump can pick up water when the boat is running.
This is great! I had to use a 30g plastic barrel and it works perfectly for what you need. Off topic question. Did you make the Diamond plate deck on your boat? If so then would you mind sharing your knowledge into how someone with a boat like yours would be able to make their own Diamond plate deck. Thanks !! Great video!
It is not diamond plate. It a thick aluminum sheets. I think it is 1/8''. I just removed the old plywood, cut exact same measurements and screwed the new aluminum sheet on the floor structures.

I fish salt water and want to pump fresh salt water into the tank while I’m fishing and have the overflow go back into the ocean and remain portable without drilling any holes in my Boston whaler . How can you secure the tank if you want to drive the boat at faster speed so it doesn't fall down from the waves. Is there a way to add or make brackets for it to screw it down on the floor of the boat?
If you put the tank inside the boat, just put in a corner and just use a rope to secure and it will be ok. If outside, you can use heavy duty Velcro to secure the bottom and then use straps or rope to secure in place. The back of the boat very stable and not very choppy. Email me if you need more info. @@getitdone6694 I bought the tank on Facebook. You need to search for 20 gallon barrel on Facebook market place. It is located in Turlock, ca. I had to driveb 3 hours to get it. It is $15 each. If you are near me, you can get it from me. The bulkheads and strainers on amazon.
I have a 15 ft aluminum boat and it works perfectly. You can drill the outlet hole lower so that it won't be heavy if your boat is 12ft. Just email me and I can tell you if it works or not. Thanks for watching.
