This video is helpful if you silence the horrible, nonstop background noise. Jeeze man.

Thanks for the video I’ve been wanting to remove the baffle but am scared I’ll drop the screw .... one thing though I was wondering .... could you just use a magnetic tool to bring the screw out .... figuring that should work

You can use magnet to pull out but keep in mind that the screw have to be in perfect position for pulling out. Either can fall in the tip or will not be completely unscrewed. That's why I use superglue. Once they are glued together, you can keep unscrewing.

Yes, agree....using the magnet will be less messy i.e. glue is messy but less chances of dropping it for sure ...... the other thing I was thinking was to take some thin plastic paper and create like a straw which is the exact size of the hole .....once in place the hex key (Longer than the straw) simply goes through the straw unbolts it and if it falls its in the straw ..... which you can use the magnet in the straw....basically I am making a tunnel between the cavity.....again thanks for they video it's allowing me to think of a few way's of doing it.....I'll probably end up doing it exactly as you have but I like inventing things so this is a good base.

Thank you for the video!! I have one question, why do you use glue to extract the screw? I don't understand why you don't release the screw completely. Thanks!!

Rafael Aguilera Muñoz because the screw can fall into the tip of the exhaust.

I did that tonight both screws fell into the exhaust tip, I got one out with tweezers, the left side has a larger area for it to fall and I couldnt find it !! good video

Hello my friend, Is this method apply for all yoshimura R11 exhausts. Thank you.

Salah Qabaja I think that on all aftermarket Yoshimura R11 will apply this method. The model on my bike was intended for kawasaki ZX-6R, linked with custom pipe.
