We keep extra pads just in case you need them. In calm water at the ramp or dock this work great. But rough water you need more protection. The big pads that you tie to the bars and seat area work better for that.

The mounts are never meant to removed. It’s a permanent install

@@cowboybishopvids6570 do you have to put any sealant or epoxy at the end where the screw went into to seal it ?

The screws don’t go in the hull to leak. The screw is only in the railing.

If you have the mount like in this video that's why they keep falling off rxp X requires a different one

We did our way because the oem instruction do not protect the speakers of the high spot on the back side

You can but a shop rag does the job plenty good. Done over200 and it’s never let us down. Drill bit just does go through fabric like a knife
