Yes, I partially built the bridge. 😀 Please watch this video to see how I did it: DIY Koi Pond Update 2023 - New Pond Bridge Project ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-II8cshqU1vo.html
@@KoiRun50 Hahaha! Anything above 2°C, I think the my fish would be happy. Mine is in the open and has the same temperature as yours. So I don’t think your new bridge or grape vines would be the factors. Lots rains has caused the temperature dropped. It’s kinda cool in early morning and in the evening now.
I just had a Catastrophe happen with my stainless steal one. Today I found water in the ballast! The quartz liner broke and water flooded the light and got into the wire that then went to the ballast and it is all FUCKED UP now! Lost not only that one but my pond max UV quartz went out as well frying pout the whole thing! My GOD 600 bucks all gone in one push of the on button! WHAT A JOKE! I have to replace the Quartz the light bulb and the Ballast! I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL! They should have foreseen this but they failed to. Once I get the NEW replacement parts I will make sure that if the Quartz breaks the damage will be minimal! This is unacceptable IMHO!
Wow! Sorry about your incident! Keep my fingers crossed on my Jebao plastic UV sterilizer! 🤞 so far so good. I shut it down and put it away for the winter. I just change the bulb every 2 seasons ( which is 12 months of use). I will find out this spring when I start it up again.
@@PTranProductionsI do the same in winter time. This year has been very hard on my pond the main waterfall pump went out as well costing me another $400.00 bucks. so far this year I am out 1K on my pond (SO FAR). But I have had that pump running 24/7 for the last 6 years and when we had a wind storm the tree over the pond broke off a huge limb that clogged the skimmer preventing water from getting in, woke up the skimmer was almost bone dry. causing the pump to score it's inner lining and causing it to break down. What a year I have had so far, I HATE 2024!!!~!
