@@kansascitysmoked6263 Thanks for yoyur response. I just looked it up mixed reviews like all Bluetooth devices. How has it held up in your opinion? BTW RU-vid turned me onto your channel because I'm researching the Masterbuilt Gravity Series smoker however it looks like you got a homemade rig. A buddy of mine has similar set up, he took the gas burners out of an old gas grill that he uses to light his wood in the firebox. Might wanna try that instead of your flame thrower lol
@@radicalmoderate2730 yeah the build was a lot of fun! The video with the flame thrower was more of an experiment 😂. I usually just light a chiminea full of charcoal to establish my coal bed and then layer in logs. Fun to cook that way though
