I have done a lot of quilting, and I have the dome shaping form, I've used it to make flower pots to put quilted flowers in, you have given me a new use for the dome form, very clever. Thank You for sharing this.
Also, it would be good to place the "pin" with the bead in an area to keep it from messing up the mod podge. This way the bead it is not placed directly on the table while the mod podge is still wet

Thanx for telling us what that pink bubble shaped thing was that you used to push the bead on to form it. That would be helpful to know what it is. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has never seen that thing before.
I use colorful paper towels for easter eggs but glue it on eggs with egg whites to make them eatable. Just for my grandkids' fun))! Messy when making as they want to help but great time for them!
