any cauk that is anti rodent- there's a green foam can called pest blocker but its messy to use. i use steel wool then put calk on wool. thanks, john

@Zach Zach cross your fingers I think I got them out. Mainly near the AC line entering the house. Wide open hole. Used copper mesh and great stuff rodent spray foam.

Can mice and water bugs get into the house through the pvc pipes that aren’t covered

I’m not in PC but I’d assume to hold the caulk in place.

mice and rodents can't chew threw steel wool so it is needed to prevent that. They can chew through the caulking by itself though so steel wool is required. Actually, for outdoor use, copper wool is better because it won't rust.
