Take the particular board from the shelf and wrap the beams with it that would bring the brown/wood color up higher, and that allows you to repurpose the particular board. Just an idea

You could paint a contrasting color on the flat portions of the ceiling in between the beams and create like a tray ceiling effect minus the tray ceiling *lol and you match the door to the color too.

Great job you two. i wouldn't worry about doing anything for the roof, it's not like you're using it as a she-shed. I would try to top off the walls so that nothing gets behind the walls like bees or other insects.

You can get some backer rod (very inexpensive) to fill in those larger gaps and then caulk on top of that.

Maybe when you put the trim up on the windows you can contrast your colors then, or maybe a rug??? Once you have all your gear in there, the finishes won’t matter as much. But, you can definitely get trim to conceal the corners & seals !! Excellent job. I do it all & never Married. So, I always wish there were 20 of me to get projects done and a strong 💪 man !! Since it’s so hot in Georgia, don’t know if you have seen those ductless A/C heating units. But, maybe a plan for down the road. In the meantime, I would think about a ceiling fan. But, do you & Marcus. Just some thoughts.
