Nice work. I always the ambulance boxes. The doors and hardware are so stout. When mounting the mini split out door unit, I would recommend "Rector Seal No Kink" lines if it will pivot like the right side

Nice job! I have to wonder if one of those oscillating multi tools would have made trimming the foam easier - I can't imagine doing it with a hack saw blade. Can't wait to see the rest of the interior build!

what did you guys use to patch the holes? what size metal did you use to build the outside of the back racks? and what are those mounts called? sorry for all the questions after watching you guys i ended up buying a 1998 FL60 crew cab haha

Hi there. You guys doing great things and ideas but insulation with this foam is not for moving objects. the foam can be used just for immovables like normal homes.. unfortunately after something like 1 year from all the corners. junction points the foam will become like dust and will spill out.
