Jaimie, Put some weight in the rear of the truck bed (fill the water bladder i.e.) before aligning...then check the front convergence (toe) and set it slightly to the divergent value of the tolerance..... you drive most of the mileage with the RV behind, which pitches up the front end a little and the toe angle becomes "in" (convergent).....I don't know if my English is good enough to explain it. Also, check for similar camber angles on both front tires and set the slightly negative value
I would replace your roof with a flat roof membrane. Three of the top choices are TPO, PVC and EPDM. You can install them in one peace. I would suggest to get the coated edge metal so that you can hot glue the membrane to the edge of your roof and would also glue the metal strips down so water doesn't have a chance of getting underneath the coated metal. The main body of these products are a glue down application but leave the area that you intend to hot glue free of glue.
Looks like general purpose grease, you need wheel bearing grease. You also need to tighten the nut tight, then spin wheel that gets the extra grease out, then back off the nut and hand tight to nearest cotter pin hole. The amount of grease is ok. One more thing NEW cotter pins, they are there for safety. They are the only thing holding your brake drum on and by extension your wheel. Sorry for the negative comment.
You need to invest in a battery powered impact gun. it will save you a lot of time and muscle power when removing tire lugs. Thank you for sharing the video.
You Have used the Wrong Grease , should have been wheel bearing grease because of wheel temp build up lol . What you have used is just a general purpose grease and will melt out very fast and cause wheel bearing failure .Please change out the grease for the correct grease mate lol from Oz.
You’re using tooooooo much grease. light coat on the spindle only. And then just a little on the bearing outer case. By putting allot of tease on the spindle it will suck the grease out of the bearing while turning going down the road. You did use tooooooo much grease. Also when tightening the nut run it up with a wrench to put a preload on it and then back it off to the cotterpin hole.
To get the rear bearing off. After you remove the front bearing put the brake drum back on followed by the wheel bearing nut. Then give the brake drum a good pull, and it will pull the rear bearing off. presto. ezpese
