DJ Shadow performing Fixed Income, followed by What Does Your Soul Look Like, Pt. 2, off of the Live! In Tune and On Time DVD. Buy it. It's awesome. www.amazon.com/...
Saw this in Birmingham same tour. Mind blowingly good bringing together all he'd excelled at to date back then. Saw him again in Manchester just a couple weeks before the Covid lockdown kicked in, was weird night trying and failing to avoid everyon, but still an awesome show.
I see a lot of comments about shrooms and acid. I guess I'm lucky cause I've been enjoying this song for years sober. Excellent music that keeps your head bobbing.
Seen this live on 4 occasions and still so many years on it is truly one of the most epic mixes I’ve ever heard.....the transition from fixed income to what does your soul look like is ❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥
~you're going to rock n roll and you can hardly wait for the music to begin when it happens, you will become a part of that music you're there, you're going on a musical trip the highest, happiest trip that you've ever been on enjoy it and get into it loosen your seatbelts, let's rock and roll~
This was by far the best, a demonstrate for nostalgic human octocpucy, tangible realisation of the 'doom' generation ' 'sample' nineties', i have ever experienced.
doesnt get better then This. . He's a monster. . Shadow. . all day. . i could just get high everytime with the beat. . Stem Long Stem. . all that. . Epic.
I've never tried acid, but if I did, this would be the music to accompany me with that experience! I'm not sure how I would handle that as even when high on weed, Shadow's music makes my body melt..
Anyone know if DJ Shadow ever recorded the "Bloodstain" version of the song? I can't find it anywhere in quality as close to this, and this video cuts off.
