This is a V1 Mavic Mini but it'll be the same method with the V2. I had a power error and 30210 is always linked to a faulty ESC. This is a lesson to everybody to test the motors and then do a visual inspection BEFORE you buy an ESC
Excellent job Tony, very satisfying, and I hope that should help quite a lot of people with the same problem - now you'll have to fix the motor too! btw.... came off my scooter today on a 30km trip - got a bit close to the edge of a gravel road, with nettles on the side... front wheel slipped off into the nettles but they were hiding a 7 foot deep culvert or drainage ditch! WTF?? I remember thinking, I should have hit the ground by now, so why am I still falling?? Landed on my back, face up looking at the sky behind the nettles above... No injuries surprisingly. Fortunately my girlfriend helped to get me out, otherwise I think I would still be there!
It's always mostly a Motor ! Tony , I watched your video and I knew that you would eventually find out it was a Motor , these Birds will not Arm if one of those Motors are bad , Nice learning experience though !
Good one mate! 😊 satisfying you got it all fixed. So it seems like the DJI flight controller or esc can recognise a failed motor...and then choose not to arm... it would be interesting to put that motor on another esc (maybe a plane one) and see what happens, I bet it would just move erratically and not spin properly indicating that its got an issue...In the FPV world this is what happens when a motor goes wonky but its obvious to see as the ESC will try to spin it up. Good stuff tho mate, hope you are well.
If your ohming out the motors, you need to de-solder the motor connections off the board (ISOLATE The Motor). OHM (RESISTANCE). If you don’t your reading resistance of other components in the circuit. I crashed mine. RF arm hairline cracked. De-solder OL, open winding, found 2 wires at the motor ripped off.
Interesting fault finding Tony lad.....So, for all DJIs smartness, the error message isn't so smart, because it didn't say faulty motor....So the old ESC is perfectly okay, and the ribbon cable too....ffs...lol ....🤔😳😏😏😀🇬🇧
Spent $ and time replacing the main body on my SE . Got this code when I was done..not wasting any more time with this stupid temperamental TOY....So I SMASHED THE Chinese POS and the controller lol . Good riddance
