Thanks! I found out that any Bluetooth earphones would work!! It took me the whole day to search for the right solution. But hitting the record button is a good backup, too!

Many dudes out there doing this review on the dji mic pairing iphone all missed this. Your video should be rocking in more dude. Nice . Always the usb plug connected to the transmitter should be push in all the way under the transmitter until you hear a "click" sound.

This actually legitimately helped me a lot!! I thought it couldn’t play without me connecting to a laptop for a second. But it just wasn’t connected right

For ppl here because the recording isn't working, make sure the lightening connector is plugged all the way into the transmitter slot. It would be great if the transmitter indicated when the connector is attached!

The lightning "mobile phone adapter" has to be pushed up past "flush." Now it works like magic.

I am not impressed with the "hold"... DJI should have provided an extender as most of us have iphone cases (Otterbox!) - and secondly they could have had an EE work an extra few days to allow the receiver to *optionally* connect via bluetooth...

Yeah because when the receiver is plugged in to that port, the phone thinks it has headphones in and disables your output speakers

There's another simple solution Just have an extra speaker next to it, for me it works perfect Use the speaker as in settings and on the control panel choose the speaker as main speaker and the receiver will work as a mic only

It seem like the DJI Mic cannot record stereo audio into the iPhone. If this is true it is a tragic flaw and I'm truly upset that I bought this system. Please tell me I'm wrong about this. Thank you.
